Challenge: Transferring Coded Design System to Figma

Designers work in toolkits like Figma, developers work in CSS. I was lucky enough to be able to work quickly and implement my designs directly in code. However to meet other designers on their playground, a design system in Figma is necessary.

Every designer needs a portfolio, but paying for hosting fees and using another designer's template is lackluster. Designing, coding, maintenance, and hosting (not to mention DNS), can be tedious at best. However, as a front-end developer and designer, this was an opportunity to not just reflect on my work, but put it into practice.
